Bergamot essential oil has an uplifting aroma which has been known to be beneficial for people who are tense, depressed and anxious. 
In skin care it is used for combating oily skin and acne.

Recommended Use:
Inhalation   
  • Add 3-5 drops/100ml of water in your diffuser/vaporiser.
    Topically
    • Dilute up to 2 drops in 1 tablespoon (20ml) of carrier oil and massage into face, neck and body.
    Blends With
    Cedarwood, Frankincense, Geranium, Lavender, Lemongrass, Patchouli, Rosemary, Sandalwood, Tea Tree and Ylang Ylang.

    Safety
    • Do not ingest. For external use only.
    • Do not apply undiluted to skin. May cause skin irritation in some individuals; a skin test is recommended prior to use.
    • Avoid exposure to UV light or sunlight for 12 hours after applying to skin.
    • Avoid contact with eyes.
    • Consult your doctor before using topically if you are pregnant, nursing or under a doctor’s care.
    • Keep out of reach of children.
    • Store in cool, dark place below 25C.
